How long will the card be valid?
The BlueFoods Gift Card has a validity of 1 year from the date of the last reload.

What do I go when the card expires? How do I extend my expiry on the card?
When the card expires the value on the card will be cancelled and it will show zero balance. To extend the validation you can reload the card and you will get an extended expiry on the card for 1 year.

Which are the locations where the BlueFoods Gift card is valid?
The BlueFoods Gift Card is accepted at all dine-in and takeaway full-service restaurants. This card is not accepted for home delivery. Following is the list of restaurants where it can be used:

What is process in case of loss of card or damage?
The card is non-transferable and merely a payment instrument. If lost or damaged, it cannot be replaced.

How do I check my card balance?
To check the balance, SMS PANBAL16 digit card number to 9243007976 from your registered mobile number. The response received will carry information about the expiry date and the value on the card. Alternatively you can walk into a participating restaurant and ask the server to swipe the card and he will give you a receipt with the details of the value on the card and expiry date.

What is card pin, where is it and what is used for?
1. A card pin is a 6 digit numeric pin number given on the back of the card, covered with a scratch label.
2. The pin number is only used by the restaurant staff to for manual entry when your card is damaged. Please do not accept the card if the pin is unmasked.

Can I reload my Gift card online?
We should be starting this service in near future. Currently the same is not possible through online.

Is there a service fee of any kind on the Gift Card?
No, We not charge any service fee on our gift cards

Can I return the Gift Card bought?
The gift once bought cannot be cancelled or redeemed for cash or credit.

Can I get a Gift Card the same day if I do not live near one of your restaurants?
You can purchase our Gift Cards though Our Gift card will be shipped to you in two working days.

Can I order a Gift Card online and pick it up at my local restaurant?
Currently this is not possible alternatively you can buy the card online which will be shipped directly to the address you provide. For this please log on Deliveries are done within limited areas.

What happens if my BlueFoods Gift Card Gift Card is lost or stolen?
Please treat your card like cash, as Blue Foods is not responsible for any unauthorized use. If lost or stolen, your Gift Card cannot be replaced for the remaining value.
